REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction and your health are our top priorities at IronBorn. If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a simple, hassle-free return process.

Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. You do not need to return the product, whether opened or unopened.

If you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us at support@cardennutrition.com and we'll process a full refund within 3–5 business days — no questions asked.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at support@cardennutrition.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@cardennutrition.com with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
